Funding is available across many areas of interest, as specified in the Foote Trust Deed of Gift. Under the Deed, the Board of the Foundation has overall responsibility for final funding decisions. Funding requests can be up to $50,000. Funding may vary in size and duration depending on the nature of the work. Funding through this round is once-off funding and non-recurrent, and recipients will need to share an expected end date for reporting purposes. Please note that requests may be partially funded.

Only one application per organisation will be considered. Exceptions to the eligibility criteria may be made at the discretion of the Trustee (the Foundation) and by invite only.
The 2026 Eldon and Anne Foote Trust Donor Advised Grant Round is open to all eligible organisations. Applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be reviewed before final recommendations are made to the Greater Melbourne Foundation Board for approval. All applicants will be notified of the outcome after this meeting.
