Desk Licence (12+ Month Access)

• Option to book Hub Meeting Spaces and Event Space:
  • Full-time desk licences include:
    • Access to book Foote and Swanson Meeting Rooms, as well as two soundproof solo meeting booths
    • Full-day boardroom access once per fiscal quarter (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; or a half-day session 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
    • Two-hour Event Space access once per fiscal quarter, during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Additional hours and equipement at cost.
    • Option to book additional Boardroom or Event Space access at cost
  • Part-time desk licences
    • Access to book Foote and Swanson Meeting Rooms, as well as two soundproof solo meeting booths
    • Option to book Boardroom or Event Space at cost

Costs

A Full-time Desk Licence is $500 (excl. GST) per desk, per month.
An annual outgoings fee of $160 (excl. GST) is also required for each organisation.

Part-time options available at pro rata.
