Event Space

The Hub's Collaboration Space is an adaptable area that can facilitate seminars, workshops and networking events.

Configuration

  • The Collaboration Space has two booking formats:
    • Collaboration Space - multi-purpose area that opens on to the terrace for outdoor breakout option
    • Collaboration Space Plus - a more expansive multi-purpose area, featuring open-plan kitchen and terrace access
  • The booking format is subject to the time of the function and intended number of guests
  • Theatre, cabaret, workshop or cocktail configurations can be accommodated

  • Bookable assets at additional cost and subject to availability:
    • 85 inch TV screen with camera
    • Whiteboard 
    • Lecturn
    • PA system
    • Microphone
  • Inclusive design with direct lift access, wide doorways, as well as accessible and gender‑neutral bathroom facilities
  • Close to public transport and undercover parking (please see the Queen Victoria Market Parking page for rates and access details). 


Catering options

A list of preferred social enterprise caterers are available on request.


Capacity and booking fees

 
Booking Type Capacity Cost Availability
Collaboration Space 10 - 50 people (subject to time of function) $220 (excl GST) per hour. Minimum two hours. Available during and after business hours, subject to time of function.
Collaboration Space Plus 30 - 100 people $350 (excl GST) per hour. Minimum two hours. Available from 4:00pm  onward upon request.

How to book the Collaboration Space

  • Submit an enquiry outlining the purpose of your event, intended date(s) and expected number of attendees. A member of the team will be in contact to discuss your enquiry.
