NFP Digital Transformation Hub

Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation has funded a new digital transformation service at Infoxchange, a social enterprise providing tech services to the not-for-profit sector.

The Digital Transformation Hub came to life as many charities and not-for-profits grappled with moving operations online in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Foundation recognised that the sector needed to rapidly improve its digital capability and provided a $200,000 grant to Infoxchange to kick-start its Digital Transformation Hub.

More than 1,960 community organisations accessed the Hub in the first three months after it began in July 2021, and to this day more than 10,000 organisations have used the service.
